The product appears inside an ordinary routine, so a viewer sees themselves using it before they hear why.
See the $1,200 Test PackWhen it works
- The product is part of a habit: morning routines, workouts, meals, commutes.
- The category is crowded and the difference is how it fits into a day.
- Viewers need to picture themselves using it before they care about features.
A typical structure
- 1HookA recognizable moment from the viewer’s own day.
- 2RoutineThe product shows up naturally, used the way real customers use it.
- 3WhyA short, honest line on why it stayed in the routine.
- 4CloseAn easy next step.
Hooks worth testing
Each Test Pack concept gets two hooks, so you learn which opening holds attention. Two openings: a routine moment, or a direct line about who it’s for.
- Open on the routine moment (“every morning at 6:30…”).
- Open with who it’s for (“if you’re always short on time…”).
- Open on the small annoyance the product removes.
What the brief needs from you
When and where your customers actually use the product, and who they are.
What to avoid
- Over-produced “perfect day” scenes that feel staged.
- Burying the product until the last second.
- Routines your real customers don’t actually have.
